Westpac – MasterCard Partnership campaign

The Challenge

Westpac was consolidating all of its credit cards to Mastercard and wanted to create a fun, engaging campaign to inform staff across both brands about the impending changes: approximately 11,000 staff members across 17 key sites and 680 branches Australia wide.

Our Solution

This campaign was the result of regular workshopping and collaboration between our team and al stakeholders. With the desire to amplify engagement and internal “buzz” about the changes to the Westpac offering, our briefing became a comprehensive campaign that included branded merchandise, on-site activations, display material support, explainer video, and digital information channels. The printed collateral included branded smart wallets, keep cups, lolly bags, mugs, notebooks, tote bags, water bottles, chocolate boxes, and pens. We also designed and coordinated the printing DL flyers, posters, banners, and media walls for on-site activations.
